Who must complete the Regional Practical Skills Check-Off?
- EMS providers (Cardiac Technician, Intermediate and Paramedic) who completed their ALS training program > 2 years from the date they begin the sanctioning process.
- EMS providers who did not complete an ALS program at an accredited institution in Tidewater.
