EMS Burn Out OPS

As providers, many  EMT's are subject to a lot of things that can make the job difficult and lead  to eventually compassion fatigue or burn out. There are preventable things  and things that come with the job that we need to learn to build resilience  to continue in the field. This course will discuss several things that can  cause burn out and how to combat them for overall provider well being.
