Matthew Meyer
Dr. Matt Meyer is the creator of the MindFlow Cycle, a neuroscience-backed leadership and performance framework designed to help high-performing professionals break free from burnout and reclaim time, energy, and focus. With a background in engineering, executive consulting, and human performance psychology, Matt blends science, strategy, and soul to drive personal and organizational transformation. He has helped overwhelmed professionals—from startup founders, team leaders, health care providers to senior executives—reignite their focus, motivation, and leadership clarity. Through keynotes, workshops, and executive coaching, Matt helps individuals and organizations restore sustainable performance, increase enthusiasm and retention, and re-energize their mission. With over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the North Carolina Community College System, Dr. Meyer has developed more than 20 leadership and wellness-focused training programs tailored for both corporate clients and educational institutions. A seasoned educator with a decade of classroom experience, he has taught learners with a wide range of styles and needs at the community college level. Dr. Meyer holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, a Master’s in BioEngineering from Clemson University, and a Ph.D. in Education from Old Dominion University. As the creator of the MindFlow Cycle Program for productivity and performance improvement and 'Get the Led-Out' (Leadership Education & Development), Dr. Meyer brings innovation and insight to wellness and leadership training.
