Patrick Horan

Patrick Horan is a career paramedic and educator with more than 20 years of frontline and leadership experience in emergency medical services, hazardous materials response, and advanced life support instruction. He currently serves as Training Coordinator for Wakefield EMS and as a Director with the American Trauma Society, Pennsylvania Division, where he contributes to statewide initiatives in trauma prevention, education, and system improvement. Patrick has developed and delivered EMS curriculum at the collegiate and agency level, and serves in multiple instructional roles across Pennsylvania and Maryland. His background includes specialized work in radiation and hazardous materials operations, and he has been recognized with multiple state and national awards for excellence in service, innovation, and public health advocacy.
