Overview
Channelopathies in Youth is an educational session by Dr. George McDaniel of UVA that explores inherited heart rhythm disorders in children and adolescents. The class covers how ion channel abnormalities can lead to dangerous arrhythmias, fainting, seizures, or sudden cardiac events, and it reviews how these conditions are recognized, evaluated, and managed in young patients.
