Abby Stanley

Dr. Abigail (Abby) Stanley, DO, serves as both an Emergency Medical Services Fellow and Emergency Department Administration Fellow with the VCU Department of Emergency Medicine and VCU Health System. Her unique dual-fellowship training reflects a commitment to advancing both prehospital emergency care and healthcare system operations. As an EMS Fellow, Dr. Stanley works alongside regional EMS agencies, medical directors, and frontline providers to support evidence-based prehospital medicine, provider education, quality improvement, and system development. Her interests include EMS clinical excellence, operational leadership, emergency preparedness, and strengthening collaboration between prehospital and hospital-based care teams.
