Erik Crouch

Erik Crouch is the CEO of Precision Anatomy, a veteran-led medical education company redefining trauma training through high-fidelity cadaveric simulation. A former U.S. Army Special Operations Combat Medic, Erik served with the 75th Ranger Regiment and Special Operations Civil Affairs, deploying to Afghanistan, the Philippines, and multiple other operational theaters. His actions in combat earned him the Bronze Star Medal with Valor and the Philippine Military Merit Medal. Following his military career, Erik became the primary instructor and curriculum developer for the Special Operations Combat Medic Skills Sustainment Course at the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center, where he educated and mentored the next generation of SOF medics. He later directed training for North American Rescue, overseeing national programs and building one of the largest cadaver-based medical education portfolios in the country. Today, through Precision Anatomy and its non-profit partner Life For Others Foundation, Erik is pioneering ethical and effective use of donor tissue in training, ensuring both educational excellence and respect for donor legacy. He is an Affiliate Faculty for NAEMT TCCC, a member of the Special Operations Medical Association, and a frequent lecturer at national medical and military conferences. With nearly two decades of combined operational, instructional, and executive leadership experience, Erik brings a unique perspective on how to prepare providers for the complexity of modern trauma care—from the point of injury to damage control surgery.
