Heather Nelson

Heather Nelson serves as a Field Coordinator for the Old Dominion EMS Alliance (ODEMSA), a regional nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and strengthening emergency medical services across Central and Southside Virginia. ODEMSA works with EMS agencies, healthcare partners, educators, and public safety organizations to promote excellence in emergency care, training, system development, and regional collaboration.
