Joshua Andrew is a Nationally Registered Paramedic with over 14 years of experience in Fire and EMS. He serves as Deputy Chief of Operations for Louisa Volunteer Rescue Squad and works full-time in the emergency department at VCU Medical Center. With a strong background in 911 response, critical care, and EMS education, Josh is passionate about closing gaps between prehospital and hospital care to improve patient outcomes.
