Nichole Wardlaw

Nichole Wardlaw, a Certified Nurse Midwife with Jamii Birth and Wellness in Chesapeake. Nichole brings much more than her clinical expertise to the table—she is incredibly passionate about education, training, and improving systems of care. Nichole is currently working on an application for the Step Up Together program, a simulation-based quality improvement initiative that brings together community birth providers, hospitals, and EMS to test, strengthen, and sustain real-world transfer processes.
