Tiffiny Bounds

Tiffiny Bounds is a Licenced Practical Nurse, EMT, Community Health Worker and educator focused on advancing MIH/CP particularly in the medically underserved rural areas of the state. Through her work with Westmoreland County EMS as the Captain of Community Health and Engagement/ MIH Coordinator and serving as an adjunct instructor for the MIH/CP program at Rappahannock Community College, she equips EMS providers with the tools, strategies, and mindset needed to transition from traditional emergency response to proactive, community-centered care and program integration.
