Timothy Smith

Timothy A. Smith is an accomplished EMS and healthcare leader with over 40 years of experience in emergency medical services, air medical operations, hospital-based care, and clinical education. He has served as an EMS Director, air medical administrator, consultant, and paramedic, leading high-performance teams and advancing system-wide improvements in patient care, operations, and safety. Tim’s expertise includes strategic planning, simulation-based education, and organizational leadership. He is currently completing his Master of Public Administration at the University of Kentucky to further support senior-level leadership roles in EMS and healthcare systems.
